I agreed to allow my child(ren), name(s) stated in this form to take part in the Waterfun swimming program(s) and hereby release and forever discharge WATERFUN, it’s teachers, coaches & staff from all liabilities and claims, loss or damage whatsoever in respect of my child(ren)’s injury, disability or any loss or damage which may arise in connection with the lessons or the child(ren) participation therein.

    Privacy Policy

    1. GENERAL

    • All participants or parents/guardians must read and agree to these terms and conditions, and complete the Program Enrolment Form before joining any Waterfun program.
    • A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of S$40 applies to each participant. Re-registration and payment of this fee will be required if the participant has not attended any Waterfun program for more than one year.
    • Participation in Waterfun programs is at the participant’s own risk. Waterfun is not liable for injuries sustained directly or indirectly from program participation.
    • Waterfun reserves the right to take and use photographs or videos of participants during lessons for publicity and training purposes.
    • Parents or guardians must be present during lessons to ensure the safety and supervision of their child(ren), both inside and outside the pool.
    • In the event of bad weather, Waterfun coaches will remain at the designated venue for the entire lesson duration. Lessons will resume when conditions improve, or alternative land-based activities may be conducted. These lessons are chargeable and non-refundable. This clause does not apply to the WaterTwinkle program.
    • Waterfun reserves the right to assign substitute coaches without prior notice.
    • Missed lessons, whether informed in advance or otherwise, are non-refundable and not eligible for make-up sessions.
    • For private coaching, all lessons scheduled within a term/month must be completed within two weeks after the term ends. Any unused lessons or fees will be forfeited. Cancellations must be made at least one working day in advance.
    • No lessons will be held on gazetted public holidays in Singapore. Fees will be pro-rated accordingly.

    2. FEES PAYMENT

    • Program fees are payable monthly (per term of 4 lessons for private coaching classes), unless otherwise specified. Fees must be paid in advance, no later than two weeks before the next term begins.
    • Payments may be made via PayNow or Internet Banking. Please indicate your child’s name or invoice number with all payments.
    • Fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

    3. TEMPORARY STOPAGE / WITHDRAWAL OF PARTICIPATION

    • Participants who wish to temporarily stop (for 3 weeks or more) or withdraw from a program must inform Waterfun at least 14 days in advance via WhatsApp or email.
    • For temporary stoppages, unused lessons must be cleared within 2 months; otherwise, they will be forfeited.
    • No time slots will be reserved during a participant’s temporary absence.
    • Participants who miss 3 or more consecutive lessons without prior notice or valid reason will have their spot reallocated to another student, and any outstanding lessons will be forfeited.

    4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

    • Personal data collected is for the use of Waterfun only and will not be shared or sold to another party. Your mobile phone number will be used primarily to communicate on all things related to programs managed by Waterfun and not for marketing or advertising purposes.
